We start each session with an individual warm up that is created from your movement assessment. Following that we will do some strength work finishing with a fun HIT workout.
Monday - 6am, 9.30am, 12pm & 6pm
Tuesday – 9.30 & 6pm
Wednesday - 6am & 6pm
Thursday – 9.30am & 6pm
Friday - 6am & 12
Saturday – 8.30am
Additional session will be added depending on demand.
To give you an experience that is as close to 1-2-1 personal training with have a maximum of 6 people in each session.
Yes, they absolutely are! We have people aged from 16 through to 84 attending our sessions and our initial movement assessment ensure that the sessions are tailored to your specific needs.
Everybody that trains with us starts their journey with a movement assessment. A movement assessment is a tool that we use to look for any muscle imbalances which we can then look to address in sessions.
Once the 6 weeks is up if you want to continue you can sign up to a monthly group session at a cost of £129 per month for up to 3 sessions per week.
