We are a family run, Health & Fitness facility in Warwickshire, with a combined 35years experience.

We care authentically about each one of our members

James - Real Fitness

Meet James, Co-owner of Real Fitness. Combined James and Tina have over 35+ years experience in the fitness industry.


James specialises in Olympic Weightlifting, Corrective Exercise and Strength & Conditioning.



Recently, James has been on a mission with professional boxer Lewis Williams getting him ready for his professional boxing fights.

Tina

Tina - Real Fitness

Meet Tina, Co-owner of Real Fitness.

Combined Tina and James have over 35+ years experience in the fitness industry.


Tina specialises in Women's health and fitness, corrective exercise and small group training.


Recently, Tina has been on a mission to make health and fitness accessible for all age groups, by opening new SGPT for both older and younger clients.

Jacob

Jacob - Real Fitness

Meet Jacob, Personal Trainer at Real Fitness.


Jacob is an Amateur Golfer and specialises in Golf Strength & Conditioning.


Jacob is on mission to improve golfers club head speeds, strength,  stability, mobility,  reduce injury risk  and  fatigue on the golf course, through the use of sports specific exercises in gym.


HAVE YOU EVER UNDERGONE AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT?

Everyone who visits our studio recieves a comprehensive assessment, this is where we begin the process of tailoring a program specific to your needs. 


Our primary assessment tool is the overhead squat assessment which is used by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. 


This assessment provides us with an estimate of your present physical state so that we have a rough sketch to work on. It also helps flag up any issues that might arise in the future.
