Before we get in the gym, all our clients go through a comprehensive consultation and movement screening process. This ensures that we can write the best program for you and your goals. The consultation will cover, your goals, your exercise and injury history. When combined with our movement assessment provides us with our movement base line, and also helps us identify potential red flags. This means we can design your program to meet your specific fitness ability, and design a safe, progressive, engaging exercise program to ensure you meet your goals.

Our senior trainers have a combinded 30 years of fitness industry experience. Our knowledge covers everything from fat loss, to pre and post natal, to injury rehab, postural correction, to Olympic weightlifting or strength and conditioning.
