Sessions are conducted at our brand new state of the art, rural private studio. Where we have access to Olympic lifting bars, technique bars, ladies bar as-well as bumper plates and strength equipment.

At Real Fitness you will work with British weightlifting coach James Cox, who has 18 years of industry experience. You will receive an individual assessment to meet you where ‘you’ are at and James will create a program specifically for your individual needs. We work with all ranges of experience for beginners to more advanced lifters and also offer distance programming options.
